Oriental Coleslaw

My Mom used to make this, and I always loved it. I came across a recipe for it on Pinterest, and it sparked a craving. So, you can thank my Mom and Pinterest for this post.

Ingredients:
1/2 White Onion
2 Green Onions

1 16oz bag Shredded Coleslaw Mix
1 package Ramen and its seasoning packet (Oriental flavor)
2oz bag Sliced Almonds

1/2C Vegetable Oil
1/2C Sugar
1/4C Apple Cider Vinegar
2Tbl Soy Sauce

Directions:
Toast ramen noodles and almonds at 300'F for 20min. Whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and Ramen's seasoning packet. Slice white and green onion. Combine slaw, onions, dressing, and ramen. Top with almonds. Refrigerate.


Preheat oven to 300'F.
Break up ramen noodles and toast with almonds for 20min.



Whisk the oil, sugar, vinegar, soy, and Ramen's seasoning packet together.





Slice white and green onion.



Mix shredded slaw, white onion, green onion, toasted ramen, and dressing in a large bowl.
Toss with clean hands.




Transfer to a lidded bowl.
Top with almonds.
Refrigerate overnight.


Plate up.
