Garlic Rubbed Toast

There's nothing worse than someone telling you something you already know and don't want to hear about again. Having said that, I think everyone already knows about this handy dandy technique. But just in case you don't, let me be the first to tell you alllllll about rubbing garlic on some toast.

Ingredients:
Bread
Garlic
EVOO
Salt

Directions:
Toast slices of bread. Rub garlic all over toast. Drizzle with EVOO and add salt.

Slice bread. Toast.

I toast slices of bread at 350'F directly on oven rack for 5min. on the first side and 3min. on the second.

I generally use, a half clove of garlic per slice of toast.

Rub the cut side of the garlic onto the toast. Don't neglect the edges.

Season the toast with a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of EVOO.

Eat as a snack, w/eggs, soup, spaghetti, or dice up and use as croutons on a salad.
