Ingredients:
1/2C Cous Cous
1C Chicken broth
EVOO
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add cous cous. Cover for 5min.
Bring 1C chicken broth w/2tsp. EVOO to a boil.
Add 1/2C cous cous.
Cover for 5min.
After 5min. remove cover.
Fluff with a fork.
Dig in.
Additions: Grilled vegetables, Canned (rinsed and drained) beans, chopped herbs, diced cheese, etc.
