Chorizo and Carrots

Don't switch out potatoes for the carrots in this recipe.

Ingredients:
2 Johnsonville Chorizo Sausages
2 Carrots

1Cup Wine  or Beer

EVOO
S&P

Directions:
Brown carrots. Add S&P. Brown Chorizo. Add wine/beer. Cook for 15min.


Slice carrots.



Add EVOO and carrots to a skillet.
Cook for 5min. over med-high heat.



Flip carrots over.
Add Chorizo. Season w/S&P. Cook for 2min.



Flip Chorizo over. Cook for 1min.


Deglaze with (preferably) beer.



Reduce heat to med-low. Simmer for 7-8min.
Flip Chorizo over. Simmer for 7-8min. more.



After 15min. (or so) remove the Chorizo.
Turn heat up to high. Cook carrots for 3-5min.




Plate up & dig in.
