Edamame

There is nothing to not like about this recipe. This snack is healthy, it's fast, it's tasty, easy to eat, and filling. I take that back. There is one draw back. And that is enduring the scent of the addition of the fish sauce. But if you can get over that (and you will after eating this), you'll be hooked for life.

Ingredients:
1 bag Frozen Edamame

2Tbl Fish Sauce
1teas Garlic Powder
1/2teas Kosher Salt
1/4tsp Sesame Oil

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except for edamame, in a soup pot with 6C water. Once boiling, add edamame. Bring water back to a boil. Boil for 1-2min. Drain. Sprinkle with salt.

Add 6C water to pot. Set over high heat.

Add 2Tbl fish sauce, 1 teas garlic powder, 1/2teas Kosher salt, and 1/4tsp sesame oil.

Bring to a boil.

Add edamame.

Bring back to a boil.

Boil for 1-2min.

Drain.

Add half back to pot. Sprinkle with salt.

Add the rest, sprinkle with salt, and bowl up.

Serve with an extra bowl for the empty pods.
